Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us at sales@sillydotsmegadose.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your claim and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Orders outside the return eligibility period

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part or a damaged product claim that has been approved.
